2. Firearms Training & Certification

Our Minnesota Permit-to-Carry (PTC) course meets or exceeds the training requirements set forth in Minnesota Statutes § 624.714, Subd. 2a for applicants seeking a Minnesota Permit to Carry a Pistol.
Successful completion of our course entitles you to receive a Certificate of Training. Issuance of an actual Minnesota Permit to Carry is solely at the discretion of your county sheriff or the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. We do not guarantee that any sheriff will issue a permit based on our certificate.
Course content, including references to Minnesota law, is believed accurate as of the date of publication but is subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify current statutes and local ordinances.

3.
